Hendricks Regional Health will be hosting several opportunities for student athletes to obtain their pre-participation physicals for the 2025-2026 school year. Any incoming 6th-12th grader who wishes to participate in athletics is required to have a physical dated on or after April 1st, 2025. HRH offers an affordable option to families and gives a portion of the fee directly back to South Putnam.
