South Putnam families are invited to a fundraiser sponsored by the Plainfield High School Girls' Soccer team for Mr. Errett's wife, Jill. The fundraiser will benefit their family as Jill continues to battle cancer. Anyone presenting an SPHS ID card will be given free admission to the soccer team's home opener tomorrow night at PHS. JV girls play at 6pm and the Varsity team - which includes Mr. Errett's daughter, Bailey - plays at 7:30pm. There will be several ways to support Jill: a meal combo available for purchase (pulled pork sandwich, mac and cheese, chips and a water for $10), Cancer Hope shirts ("Play and Pray for Jill" on the back, which are also both girls and boys soccer team warm up shirts this year) and a raffle for a Yeti cooler. Donations are welcome as well via Venmo or Paypal.
